No. Maps, places, phrases and emergency information are fully offline. Exchange rates update when you are online, and the last known rate is kept available offline.
No. There is no sign-up, sign-in or account of any kind. The app works immediately after installation.
The Money toolkit is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full fair-price database and instant price checker, the overcharge checker, and the haggling cards. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Go to the Money tab ($ icon) in the bottom navigation bar. The Money screen shows a free preview with typical prices alongside the locked Pro sections. Tapping any locked section opens the purchase sheet.
Money tab → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so restoring on another device is free. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Try Restore Purchases in the Money tab first. If the content is still locked, email us at elnenecarambola@gmail.com and we will resolve it.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and select the purchase.
Prices and conditions in Cuba change quickly. Email us, or use “Help us improve” in the app — we verify and update every report.
The app collects no personal data and requires no account. Nothing you enter in the app is transmitted to us. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to answer your question.
